We developed for Salt of the Earth UMAMIX – the tastiest way to reduce sodium while maintaining a rich flavor profile! The product is a perfect blend of completely natural umami extract containing seaweed, tomatoes, and mushrooms with sea salt. The result? Food manufacturers can reduce sodium content by up to 45% across a wide range of products, while preserving the familiar taste consumers expect – and often improving it.
The product is completely natural, enables clean labeling, is vegetarian, gluten-free, and allergen-free. This innovative development won the innovation award at the prestigious FIT exhibition in Las Vegas and is already integrated into food products worldwide – snacks, soups, sauces, and meat, poultry, and fish products.
