The Challenge
Golan Heights Winery approached us with a problem familiar to every winery: thousands of tons of grape pomace – wine production waste that accumulates each year. What appeared to be waste turned into a real treasure when we discovered the enormous potential hidden in this material: high concentrations of antioxidants, flavonoids, and polyphenols, combined with the unique aroma and flavor of wine.
The Innovation
Our solution is O.VINE – a global breakthrough in the beverage industry!
The innovation? Wine-flavored water created through a unique infusion process that extracts all the health and experiential benefits of wine, without alcohol and with virtually no sugar. The first product of its kind in the world, offering the full wine experience in a refreshing, healthy drink suitable for any time of day.
This innovative development was unveiled to the world at the Fancy Food Show in New York and received tremendous response in US and Europe. It made The Washington Post’s list of top ten trends and won the prestigious first prize for BEST NEW WATER CONCEPT at the World Water Congress hosted by EVIAN in France.
