With extensive experience in the food industry holding senior positions – including VP of Marketing and Product Development at Shemen Industries, Zoglobek, and Tempo – Tal discovered her true passion: developing products that create new value, spark excitement, and reinvent existing categories.

This vision inspired her to found Practical Innovation, dedicated to creating breakthrough products across diverse industries, redefining market dynamics, and providing companies with a real competitive edge.

Tal’s achievements in advancing innovation have earned widespread recognition both in Israel and internationally, including the “Business Innovator of the Year” award, along with additional honors at international exhibitions for innovative products she developed.

Her work is featured in top industry publications, and she’s a highly sought speaker at conferences, universities, the Manufacturers Association, the Marketing Association, and numerous leading organizations – where she promotes innovation as a critical driver of organizational growth.

BSc graduate in Polymer and Plastics Engineering from Shenkar. Has many years of experience in complex development processes with clients across a wide range of fields. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design (B.Design) from the Holon Institute of Technology. Has extensive experience in various design fields, team leadership, and process management. Loves creating something from nothing, growing plants, and making wonders from materials. Believes that great inventions start with the small details.

Project Manager in Commercialization and Business Development

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Data Science from Reichman University, with experience in finance, at an investment firm, and as a financial analyst at a startup company. Master diver, ice bath enthusiast, and loves hiking. Enjoys asking questions, seeking opportunities, and finding new markets.

Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting and Development, over 15 years of experience in administration and customer service. Handles all the day-to-day office matters while creating an effective and pleasant work environment. Chooses to focus on the positive and the good, loves order and organization, mother of 3 boys who make sure there’s never a dull moment.
